With a flexible design in mind, you can set Hitbox trace (hit detection) per each animation and alternate between different sockets/bone names using an AnimNotify State.
Hitbox Component will enhance your gameplay design in a timely fashion.

Added trace types: Line, sphere, box. (You are able to switch between traces on the same animation, or set different trace type for each animation).
